Kirkcaldy Civic Society offers Guided Tours of the Merchant’s House

Kirkcaldy Civic Society is conducting guided tours of one of Kirkcaldy's oldest buildings.

Situated at the east end of Kirkcaldy, at 339 - 343 High Street, near the Port Brae, the house was built in the 1590s and after signicant refurbishment now houses the Local Tourist Information Centre.

Tours will take place on the following dates at 2pm

Wednesday 26th July
Sunday 30th July
Wednesday 2nd August
Sunday 6th August
Wednesday 9th August
Sunday 20th August

Tours are limited to 15 people on each date

Visitors are welcome to come and browse in the tourist information centre after the tour.

There will be no charge but donations would be welcome by the scottish historic buildings trust who are responsible for the restoration of the building.
